Brad grew up in Burr Ridge, Illinois, and from a young age, was active in sports. It was through athletics where Brad developed his drive, work ethic, and competitive spirt. Brad attended the University of Missouri – Rolla where he achieved success both in the classroom and on the baseball diamond. He furthered his education by earning his MBA and graduating with honors from the Gies School of Business at the University of Illinois. Brad began his career at Sears Holdings, where he demonstrated a proven record of success that included rapid promotions based on consistently exceeding goals and expectations in areas such as dynamic pricing. Brad also worked for BP, where he was responsible for improving the analytical capabilities across the organization and embedding a culture of performance management and operational rigor. Brad brings tremendous experience to Burke America having deep functional expertise in pricing and promotions including strategy, analytics, and execution. At Burke America, Brad leads the pricing organization where he is focused on an establishing dynamic pricing processes designed to respond to the changing competitive landscape, deliver improved sales, margin, and EBITDA results. From a philanthropic perspective, Brad is an active Shriner who has raised over $2M that has benefited the Shriners Children Hospitals. When not hard at work, Brad enjoys sports and spending time with his wife Jamie and two sons Max and Jack.
