Brad Culen

Director, Pricing & Analytics and National Accounts

Brad grew up in Burr Ridge, Illinois, and from a young age, was active in sports. It was through athletics that Brad developed his drive, work ethic, and competitive spirit. Brad attended the University of Missouri – Rolla where he achieved success both in the classroom and on the baseball diamond. He furthered his education by earning his MBA and graduating with honors from the Gies School of Business at the University of Illinois. Brad began his career at Sears Holdings, where he demonstrated a proven record of success in dynamic pricing. Brad also worked for BP Amoco, where he was responsible for improving analytical capabilities across the organization. At Burke America, Brad leads the pricing organization, where he is focused on establishing dynamic pricing processes to respond to the changing competitive landscape and to deliver improved sales and margin. Brad manages several national accounts, using his in-depth understanding of pricing, purchasing, and our industry to grow our relationships. When not hard at work, Brad enjoys sports and spending time with his wife Jamie and two sons Max and Jack.
