Sidd developed a love for books and sports at an early age, spending much of his time reading and playing cricket and tennis. That same curiosity and discipline led him to study Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology and later earn his MBA at the University of Maryland.

He began his career as a software developer at Infosys, where he discovered a passion for using technology to simplify operations. With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Sidd has built his career at the intersection of technology, digital commerce, and home services.

At FTD Companies, he helped modernize brands such as ProFlowers and Shari’s Berries, executing dynamic pricing, refining digital marketing, and driving customer experience enhancements. He later served as VP/GM of Sears PartsDirect and managed other businesses within Sears Home Services, where he led large-scale digital transformation, including AI-powered automation, platform modernization, and subscription-based growth models.

At Burke America, Sidd leads Repair Clinic and Repair Intelligence, bringing together the company’s direct-to-consumer platform with its software business to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation across the appliance/HVAC and home services ecosystem.

In his free time, Sidd enjoys reading, playing tennis and cricket, and keeping up an annual tradition of attending San Diego Comic-Con with his daughter.
